No, because like anything else it should go through a peer reviewed scientific clinical trial and study for the efficacy and safety to consumers and to confirm consistent efficacy. There has already been labs which produced vials of stem cells which were contaminated with dangerous bacteria and sent to these wellness clinics and did detrimental damage and almost killed people. Without regulations you always have unethical people doing unethical things and making false gains to obtain extremely large amounts of money. Regenerative stem cell therapy clinics are popping up all over and are now a multi-billion dollar business. Without some sort of regulation you have no idea what some of these so-called stem have in them or where they come from if they are not autologous stem cells.

The way this media outlet tells the story of how they obtained the stem cells from the adipose tissues is completely manipulating. He makes it sound as if they sucked out her adipose (fat) from her stomach and just shot it in her eyeballs. That's an impossible thing to do. The stem cells absolutely need to be extracted before administration via IV. No one legal is injecting directly in the eyes, but some people are getting unknown positive vision improvement results from IV stem cell therapy. He is 100% correct that stem cells are NOT approved or being done on eyes and if the company made claims it will work, the company should be shut down, all medical personnel lose their license, and the medical director arrested and disbarred. However, when a news company tells half truths, that's just as suspicious....

Me and three other family member did the treatment. Two had underlying conditions that went by untreated and caused issues. Myself and another family member showed no complications. I recommend doing a full body exam before doing the treatment. Also following up with your head physician after the procedure for follow up examinations. Besides that my life has improved drastically! I’ve regained my ability to function on a day to day basis.

Congratulations! The only reason stem cells are an ‘issue’ now is because it’s helped too many people. This woman’s vision loss is most likely due to the wrong placement of the needle, not the stem cell. I know loads of people that received stem cell shots with great results.

In 2015 I had stem cell therapy with PRP for treatment of knee pain due to osteoarthritis and I am glad I did. I had knee replacement surgery on my left knee in 2011 and did not want to revisit the process for my right knee when it started to become very painful, making ambulation more painful still. I opted for stem cell therapy at a very reasonable cost at a local clinic and here I am 8 years later to say that I am still doing great after one treatment. I will say that both my knees do get stiff and mildly uncomfortable during very damp weather - always believed the theory that the barometric pressure affected the synovial fluid in the joints was hogwash - not so. Other than that I am walking and I don't have that bone on bone sensation any longer. I don't know a thing about this treatment for conditions other than joint disease so I cannot speak for those cases, but I swear by stem sell therapy for osteoarthritis of the knees. Athletes have been using this treatment for years with good success. My best advice is to do your own diligent research, speak with as many others as you can who have experienced it, seek out the best practitioner with recommendations from those who have undergone the procedure - then make an informed decision if this is right for you. It was for me, I am happy to say.

My uncle was deteriorating from the inside. All his organs were failing he couldn’t breathe without his oxygen anymore, lungs were not functioning, heart attacks etc. my aunt is a doctor and had been using stem cells to treat her patients and she treated my uncle. Fast forward to a year, my uncles doctor is in shock and kept asking my uncle what he had done that he was supposed to be dead already.. my uncle stopped going to that doctor because they kept pressing him, he only went back to get tests and make sure all was good but he didn’t have to go back again. He’s working 7 days a week now and is doing amazing, he said he got a 2nd chance at life.. i started to treat myself for my nerves and my anxiety and wow… I feel amazing energetic, it’s like I’ve been rejuvenated. Where ever you go do your research but it’s amazing, I recommend. My other aunt also got treated for her diabetes and the doctor took her off the penicillin.. it’s amazing

After I was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure and a defibrillator was implanted in my chest, I was offered a chance to participate in a world-wide heart stem cell research study. The doctor didn't know if he had placed a placebo in my heart or actual stem cells. All the doctor told me was that I would be the first to know. After 4 years of annual monitoring, the doctor told me that my heart was working normally, but he didn't know if it was because of the stem cells. I don't know either. I do know that heart disease is the number one killer and I am glad I could help find a cure.

My question is are they taking samples of other people stem cells to do research on to reproduce other things with and not informing the patient and on top of that the patient has to pay for this or the customer whatever there seems it seems very early in the research phase, but yet we are already getting marketing for this and why not just prevent the tobacco and food companies from making addictive harmful foods and cigarettes that are causing cancerinstead of trying to use your own fresh cells to save your life I mean, like aren’t you gonna run out eventually or what are they cloning them too? Saying this, there's a ENDLESS supply of people business that will take advantage of the desperation of others. That procedure that the woman of blindness was some cruel shameful display. Patients that get stem cell precedures do not get it in the area they want to fix. Stem cell can improve overall health from a IV thru the blood vessel. That clinic should be shut down. People please do your research and find someone who has done it before and meet . Not the people that want the money!
