So i recently started to lose ALOT of hair and I'm only 12, yes! I'm very healthy! No I don't have any disease or cancer or anything like that! It's a thing that happens when your hair is at a certain stage, it starts with a T. The hair cycle has four stages which I can't remember. it happened to me last year when I was 14 and its happening rn too (I think it first happened exactly 1 year ago) and it lasted around 2-3 months. My hair grew back thicker and healthier after that and I recommend tying your hair in a braid to protect it instead of a ponytail. I also used coconut oil but that was a pain to wash off. My hair was already thin naturally and I think the current amount of hair you have right now affects the amount of hair that falls off so I didn't lose too much hair but it was still somewhat noticeable.

With curly hair it's hard to do anything with it, and I'll be posting a video about it soon, but for now with school and my job I have taken a slight break. I didn’t have time to listen to it. Through the two weeks and later on as well I also did affirmations . I really did notice a change. I also went to the hairdresser so that it looks healthier. Listening to this and just hoping is not the only way. You also have to do things ( make doctor appointments or go to the hairdresser) to actually help your hair. I also noticed I stopped thinking about my hair loss. This is very important . I felt more confident. And I didn’t let the hair loss “control” my life.

@@JonJonInKOREA like I said in my update, my attitude changed. The hair loss was still there but I stopped thinking negatively about it. I just looked at the problem and thought that it would sort it self out. And indeed! It’s almost 2021 and my hair loss is almost gone!!! Once I stopped thinking about it, it got better. It may sound weird but it’s true, well at least from my experiences:) I think I used the law of attraction :) Hope you guys have a great new year! And that the hair loss will stop:)

You don't have to download vid.... record it with Sound Recorder as a . WAV file....it still carries the frequency and takes much less room. I have it on my old phone, no need for the internet ...plays as a stand alone that can be looped. I play it over night that way....as long as battery is charged...it's all good. Videos are large because of pictures....this has no pictorial content except the one picture. Try it. I recorded 20 mins and then looped it....still works that way.
