I recommend to go to the setting and turn of the auto create tactical group. Those grouping in the challanger will just get them killed, since it is hard to see the second tank and where it is at. Prone to side shot, same thing with grouping infantry, just asking to get bombed to have 2-3 infantry in one building

It seems like there were a number of times where you push up right pass the enemy or the enemies just sneak up behind you (like that T-55 in the second game). It's best to spread out your forces and clear a town or tree line before establishing a defence an anticipation of enemy units, so when you establish that defence it's best to have eyes on most (if not all) potential avenues of approach. Also, I personally would use smoke as my emergency button.

Definitely noticed a few times you attack move a single target vs attack move to an area. Also, make sure you are using reverse when your armor is being engaged.
