Wow. I looked at the video length and assumed you got destroyed really fast. How surprising it was the other way around! I had to play the Hydra quite a few times to figure out how to handle it. Part is just getting lucky with the powers like you did. The other strategy is killing as few enemies as possible, just stunning them and working on the mothership and taking any damage you can sustain. The trick I used was to stun enemies and not kill until I built up a round or two of damage so that I avoided trashing used tokens (since they were still on enemies). I'm happy to see you able to use the rush strategy. I've only been able to do that a couple times.

I was so shocked it worked, but it's a rewarding feeling if you can make it happen. I have played a few times and pulled it off twice (and a bunch of losses). I definitely need to work on utilizing that sort of strategy - it's not always best to kill and then get overrun, just stun and eat some damage here or there. Use Hull/Shields as a resource and play smart. The other play was super heroic; I wish I had video of it. I got myself into a pickle in Warp 2 where I had ZERO Energy tokens (I was forced to Trash them due to Shield damage), with only the left side of The Hydra alive. And the Enemy cards? NOT A SINGLE ONE GAVE ENERGY OR A (?)! I was able to use the Palm Device to get two 3-Energy tokens just in time. It was unreal.

Yeah i felt the same, that the Game is sometimes way to easy, but For me the anomaly Expansion completly fixed this by adding the Challenger cards, maybe thats an Expansion that would make the Game Even more fun for ya
