Remove all the screws from top of the bumper, you can pull the bumper out (do not pull to hard, you dont want to bend the bumper to much, might crack the clear coat) in order to put you hand behind the grills to push all the plastic clips that are all around the grills

Hi how did you think is the front air duct makes a huge difference or just minor one, just to direct air intake, mine is broken do i need to replace it urgently? Thanks

You don't need to replace it urgently....you can drive as is as long as your coolant temp will not increase.
