AZ vaccine is selling at 2-3 dollars a shot at costs , Moderna is selling its mRNA vaccine at 16.5 dollars to US government which is their costs, but 36 dollars to others because it has received Trump warp speed money on vaccine development and capacity upgrade. So American tax payers got Moderna vaccine at cost price because they partially paid for its research. Pfizer doesn’t have mRNA patents and technologies, those belong to BioNtech, and they didn’t receive government money on research, only money paid for vaccines in advance. So they are selling their vaccines for profit. But not for long. The Latest Advances purchasing agreement Biden signed to buy 500 million shots, 300 millions from Pfizer for the developing world is paid at not for profit bases as well.

First, I suggest you check the Gates Foundation website, under the "what we do" page: you'll see there are quite a few projects that they fund which are along the lines of what you mention. Some of the things you mention can be done. Some are actually being done. Some, however, you'd have to explain: how on Earth do you donate a police force?! Where do they come from? What makes you think that a police force is more important than saving the lives of children who'd die from curable/preventable disease if not vaccinated? What clandestine activities dos his foundation do? Where on Earth did you see him claiming to have reduced the population by over a billion with tetanus jabs? Do please tell us!
