When asked what the best money advice he ever got was, it's no surprise that Buffett turned to his holy bible, The Intelligent Investor, written in 1949 by value god Benjamin Graham. "Chapters 8 and 20 have been the bedrock of my investing activities for more than 60 years," he says. "I suggest that all investors read those chapters and reread them every time the market has been especially strong or weak." In this clip, Buffett shares how the author's work changed his life and helped build the foundation for him to become a prolific investor and one of the world's wealthiest billionaires.

He's basically saying that when you're in trade that works fits your strategy, let it play out, don't get depressed when it goes in the opposite direction or too excited when it goes in the right direction. He also says, your account needs to have sufficient money inorder to allow you to lose money and never go all in one trade, cause you can never be too sure where the market is gonna go

No, he is an investor, he is actually evaluating companies and their worth, he said as well if the market fluctuates he may consider buying more if it goes down, he is more looking to the long term. This isn't some "traders" advice, it's for investing and long-term outlooks.
