@@uwushine4706 well both I say that both have their charms. Rita has nicer apartments than pepper canyon east, plus it's two doubles so you room with less people (meaning more space in the refrigerator). But Pepper canyon east is slightly better due to convenience. The inside and outside loop buses start and finish their routs next to pepper canyon east. The trolly is right there. Plus the amphitheater is there so if there's a concert/event/farmers market happening you will know about it. Plus it has single bedrooms.
