A lawful order must have a law that makes it lawful. Being a supposed LAW ENFORCEMENT officer does not in itself make every order they give lawful. So when they have no law to back them up, their ego forces them to use intimidation, the threat of action they will make against you to get compliance. That is because police academies emphasis how to establish and maintain control over people, not the law.

AND…. There’s always that old adage of ‘You may beat the Charge, but you cannot beat the Ride.’ A cops ego will arrest you. Forcing you to sit in holding until you arrange bail. Bail that typically comes with all sorts of infringements on rights that are listed as Conditions. Even with an unlawful/false arrest, that action is usually attempted to be covered up by the Prosecutor when the prosecutor offers you plea deals. Plead guilty to something you didn’t do to cover up for the unlawful arrest of something else you didn’t do! Refuse the plea deal, hire an attorney, and watch as the prosecutor ultimately drops the charges because he knew they were all false. (How is that not evidence of Malicious Prosecution?)

@JeffEndicott-xn4xf nah I ended up a victim of lawfare and currently facing charges for unrelated things . With the help of my neighbors, the prosecutors, and the police, they all teamed up to try and set me up on charges. But what they didn't count on was me having security cameras that prove my innocence in both sets of charges. Once I win those cases I will go after the police, the county, and the individual neighbors civilly.
