I mean they do need it cause hpal is played 80% 2k+ cr which is 15% automatic nerf on affli and aff gets shredded by melee see he almost gets one shotted if more than 2 sec of up times on him... :/ But this definitely might make the spec insanely strong

Now just think how fun it is for the Warlock, having to deal with 2 interrupts, Spell Reflect/Grounding Totem, Berserker Rage/Tremor Totem and dispels. All while being squishy AF. Typical Mongo Melee, game is wrong the moment they don't have 100% uptime to mindlessly tunnel vision the Lock to the ground.

@@joshyman221 One of the biggest misconception among the community: Since the Warlock attacks 3 targets + pets, now divide Warlock's damage by 3 or 3.5 if there is a pet. Not so impressive now, is it? That's why Affliction's "damage" is mostly padding. Now look at the second game: Warlock, Ranged and attacking 3 targets: 730k. Warrior: Melee, attacking only 1 target at a time, kited for a long time: 456k. Shaman, same as Warrior: 526k Yeah, Affliction deals "so much" damage...
