You're looking good man!! At 70, I still work out regularly, but no shock loads like running or extended HIIT. I use pain (not the good kind) as my guide, so overtraining is not really an issue except for those rare times I'm going extra hard to impress the ladies. 😁

Can you describe in detail your brain process to get yourself motivated when you don’t want. Are you still instructing yourself to train like “cmon wuss” or like describe how battle between the part of your brain that says no and the deep down feeling you need to. I find I get that brain says no feeling then excuses kick in and the only thing that helps is getting up and moving before those thoughts kick in, or to be hard on myself like how I’d imagine a seal instructor would be. A lot of times it doesn’t work though so describe the conversation in your head when your brain is “crab potting you” (trying to drag you down)
