The last 2 years had a lot locker room turmoil and it impacted the team and Steph. Now, it’s back to basketball and a hodgepodge of dudes just coming to work, giving effort and enjoying playing the game.

Klay is this generations Scotty Pippen. Both being proud of their abilities and feeling slighted as the superstar next to them getting most the praise. Rather than just enjoying and appreciating what they're a part of, embracing their role and realizing how lucky they both were, they let it get to them.

Scottie Pippen ended his career as a Chicago Bull in (2004), after leaving the Bulls 6 years prior. Pippen went from being on the Houston Rockets & Portland Trail Blazers, coming back to the Bulls for his Final season of his career. Hopefully Klay Thompson comes back to Golden State and plays for the Warriors again before he retires from the NBA around 2028 or so. Klay Will be a Free-Agent again in 2027.

not to mention the great hires in the assistant coaches in Stotts and Stackhouse. Dunleavy has done an incredible job considering what options were available

@@locatorcardsyes absolutely. Stackhouse bringing that defense to the team is part of the reason we’re 9-2. I’m really excited for the season. I have a hypothetical question for you tho, if Giannis wanted a trade to the warriors, would you do it?
@locatorcards8 күн бұрын
@@embueno605 yes. hundred percent. it’s a pipe dream and i hate to give up so much depth but if im management, you do that trade 100%. Giannis is playing incredible right now and his ability to get to walk to the paint combined with Steph’s off ball movement would be unfair. imagine how many actions they could run with his athleticism.

This 2024/2025 Warriors Team is giving me (2016 Best Team in the Regular Season Vibes). Not saying this years team is going to go 74 - 8 and beat the "16" Record. But the Vibes and the Brotherhood of being a Warrior hasn't been the same since the 2016 Season.

Apparently Steph Curry yelled at the Video Camera and said to it "This is my House , I Built This S**t. You didn't want to be here anymore!" Then Growled at the camera "ARRGH!" This was supposed to be a direct message to Klay Thompson who left to Dallas over a bigger and better contract over the summer with the Mavs 😮🧑🍳🍿.

The superstar era in the NBA is over. Denver won it all in 2023, Boston in 24, because of a couple of stars and elite depth. Mike Dunleavy was way ahead of it. The Warriors will be hosting game 1 of a playoff series this season.

I said the same thing in June. The warriors are trailblazing again. Teams will have to start building this way to win.

There’s something special to be said about kuminga. He is coming off the bench with a Steph curry like attitude when he coulda been angry like Klay. And Kerr trusted and rewarded him to close out such a big game vs Dallas.
@tonybayarea7 күн бұрын
The predicament that the Warriors will be in they end up trading for a 2nd Super Star player to team up with Steph Curry. Warriors won't have the same bench they have right now, because most of the bench will be traded away to get that 2nd Super Star player. If that happens Warriors turn back into the 2019 Warriors. Had the Best Starting 5 in the entire NBA in "19" but had no one off the bench for points production other than Andre Iguodala and Shaun Livingston. Warriors made the Finals that year for the 5th Straight year and Warriors fans were complaining about during the Finals going on. "We have no Bench!" If you are the Warriors Front Office this season. Do you want to touch the bench for a trade and end up messing with the vibe of the team after the trade takes place?
