For the Skirmisher question at 1:14:02 the answer is "if they are not engaged at the end of the combat phase they will once again adopt a Skirmish formation." So they Overrun in the same way that a Close/Open Order unit would.

Sea Wolves should have to eat it if they decide to attack an Ogre Army and the only champion available is an Irongut Champion. They pick all their fights-- why do other people have to go easy on the snowflakes?

I've been trying to figure out if I dont like this angle because its new and I'm spoiled by a billion videos of old world on mwg with these two on the old angle but I think this video encapsulates how terrible the models look if you can even identify them at all with this camera system :/
