This is at a "workout" a couple weeks ago where everyone was invited to talk about their art, and the applications a form (kata). It's obvious that I haven't been training in a long while. My balance is off, my timing is off and much more. I understand that I need to get back into a training regimen and am trying to do so!
In the meantime, this is an explanation of In Hyung and the changes I made some of which were due to my hip surgery.
