Congratulations TIMO, coming back from injury to win the European championship is a lesson and guidance to all your fans, worldwide. I am 64 years and started playing competition table tennis only in the last two years. Previously, I have played many sports like Ground Tennis at the age of 17, then Judo (Granted Brown Belt) at the age of 21 & Volley Ball at the age of 25 - 35 but I still have hope to be physically fit and develop my new Table Tennis Sport. Congratulations! And about your last phrase: I'm 38 and restarted my trainings about 1 year ago after 5 or 6 years break. It is still physically difficult to play tennis I used to play, but close to the end of the training I always say to myself: look at Timo and Vladi, they are still playing at the top level, despite their age. And that actually helps and gives me hope that I'll gain my form and it won't be that difficult for me in some time. Thanks for giving me another example that age is not a decisive factor yet.

Danke Timo. Ich werde bald 50 yahre alt, alles was du machst motiviert mich weiter zu kaempfen. Ich habe leider sehr spaet mit dem Tishtennis angefangen (Ich war 44), mein Koerper ist noch genugend gut, aber Ich bin immer auf der Suche von gute bewegungen und koordinazion..
