Well, besides Kurfurst, Midway kinda dwarfs everyone, even without the refits she'd end up with in the future. Even then, she towers over Kurfurst, and volume wise, seems far bigger than everyone else. The best part? She's real, and unlike the vast majority of the list, is still afloat and in a single piece.

@@incog_nemui Design A-150 was a pipe dream that the Japanese would have never managed to build, whereas Montana-class was ready to go and only halted because of the war ending. A crashing and burning economy, poor metallurgy and stagnant shipbuilding technology, scarcity of both manpower and resources that needed to be allocated elsewhere, whilst in a war that was "developing not necessarily to Japan's advantage". All those factors ensure that A-150 battleship(s) were never going to sail the sea.

IMO its great to see what was being designed to combat the yamato. The US had the advantage of the most powerful industrial complex at the time. Russia was close to having the soyuz before having to scrap it to maintain their ground fight against the Nazis. The benefit of this being a game is that we get to see what could have been. Though if you really do want just what actually existed, WoWs Legends is a thing.

In real life the Yamato-class battleships were the biggest BBs ever built, but they also were only the second longest after the Iowa-class battleships. The Iowas had a length of around 272 meters over all and a displacement of around 55.000 tons at full load, while the Yamatos had a length of 263 meters over all and a displacement of around 73.000 tons at full load.

Not just here in the US either. I think GTA V and San Andreas had issues in Australia for some time, especially SA with the hot coffee mod. I'm sure in places like Japan, Australia, and parts of Europe where people play this game the most would also have problems with the violence and rate them higher than teen.

Yea the British named their battleships intense names because it definitely was an intimidation factor. See the British have also been known to have the largest navy in the world for hundreds of years so they tend to name a ship that seems exceptional for the countries history. HMS Vanguard HMS Nelson HMS Conquerer HMS Thunderer these are really intimidating ship names, including the HMS Nelson because anyone who was an admiral or captain back then, they knew how powerful that man was, Horatio Nelson.
