It's your CPU. I would upgrade to at least Ryzen 7 5800x3D if you don't want to upgrade your motherboard. You would see a big difference in performance.

Im have some stutterings sometimes in area 99 only, already tried low textures dont help at all but I can play battleroyale mode with 0 stuttering.

How do you get it so smooth ?! I have a 4070 super ti rog strix combined with x870e mobo with a 9800x3d processor and I’m getting stuttery low 130 fps. :/ it’s making me super mad

CPU can play a big part in cod, also I'm running this from Microsoft xbox app. I know steam and battle net are getting less performance. Could be a few things, cpu, ram speeds (needs to be set to xmp profile in bios)..Windows and nvidia control panel settings optimisation too.

Resurgence is easy to run and does he running on steam or battlenet ? Because steam version we lose like 50~% fps and dont ask me why i dont know it need a fix

I am using ASUS VG28UQL1A as a monitor. When I use it with PS5 Slim, the monitor that supports 4k 120 Hz gives a disgusting image. I tried 2k and still could not get a clear image. Can you help me?

Those are not high settings, those are medium -low settings, shader quality which is one of the most important visual settings is set to low.
