I think the Hemlock is going to be a very viable meta contender. And as far as plates go I'm definitely hearing the same thing across the board, there's not enough now that backpacks are gone.

Floor loot crossbow does not one shot but its standard bolts so expected.. the maps nice, pace is good,just gotta learn the map and get that regain honor mission done. Love running and plating :)

As someone who skipped everything after verdansk and picked up 2.0 at launch, I'm excited to see things getting updated. Let's see if the player count jumps, the normie to supersweat ratio is horribly imbalanced imo

so true! in WZ:1, when you take a look at the player k/d distribution in lobbies they had way too many sweats in so called easy lobbies. Hope they will make some adjustments to that as well.

I don’t think literal movement speeds were buffed, it was simply a matter of speeding up the defined animations and allowing for more of them to run simultaneously. Like everything from chute deploy/cut, to mantling, plating initiation/completion, tacticals equipping, all of those animation sequences were tuned. If it were just movement speed buffs the game woulda still played like shit, but at least speedier shit. That’s what bugged me the most about this game, everything felt way too deliberate and time consuming, forcing me to have to play 4d chess to win an engagement. No doubt in my mind this update literally saved this game. We were in a bad place boys lol

We should refer to buy stations as "plate buying stations" now. Loadout is easy to get but there are FAR too little plates available and thats what is determining squad wins. Kill 4 in a row no one even drops a single plate, very seldom see them even in boxes.

This sums it up for me. So many people have run away from this game that I can't find anyone to play with. WZ1: anytime I played I could find at least 5 friends playing. WZ2: lucky if I spot 1 friend playing. This game pushed so many people away that there's no saving it. Only a complete redo has a chance to bring people back. Making small changes to make it like the original won't help when it's still sh/ttier than the original lol.
