This my friend, is one of the best motorcycle videos I have seen in a while, and reminds me of so many important things when it comes to explore, enjoy, document and share. Absolutely loved it. So honest and genuine. I hope people sit back and realise what a great accomplishment this video is. Not to reach North Cape... that is something most people can do. But to document it like this, put it all into a memorable story along with amazing cinematography 👏🏻 Thank you Alexis, I really needed this. All the best from the west coast of Norway 🇳🇴

Really loved this video. In fact, it's not "just" a video but a wonderful, full-fledged documentary. I've been to the Nordkapp last year - by car - and it's fun to recognize the roads in the final kilometers and Nordkapp itself. We had already made plans to ride to the Nordkapp by motorcycle but now I am even more convinced to do so as soon as possible. Greetings from Belgium and big congratulations on the fantastic video.

Great video. Just keep in mind folks that in Norway you are not allowed to go off road anywhere you can't drive an ordinary two wheel drive car, in other words, anything less than an ordinary gravel road. This comes from our environmental laws regarding motorized vehicles. One important reason is that if you leave tracks in the terrain, it takes years before they disappear, because things grow very slowly in the arctic. Finland and Sweden is much more liberal on motorized offroading. In Norway you are likely to get a hefty fine if caught riding in the terrain.

Excellent adventure film! This is how these long adventures should be documented. I bet you had to use lot of time to shoot all the video material. I’m just too lazy to play with camera during the trip.

Wow great film and an amazing adventure. Inspiration for the rest of us on our own trips. My riding crew are much like you guys in that we always strive to find a camp location worthy of our adventure dreams. Not always possible but some of us live in places where it is easier than others. Canada is very much like Finland & Norway. We have boreal forests, mountains, fjords, lakes and vast expanses. The adventure is get out there on your bike and experience as much as possible with like minded people and your film is a perfect example of what it can be. Thanks for all the work that went into it!!

I’d love to ride in Romania but we like camping a lot and there’s so many bears in your country, it makes it scary 🤷🏼♂️😂 Thank you for your comment Mihai!!

@@alexislecarb Yes , it is true, we have lots of bears. You can find bears across the roads in the mountains, so in the woods you will encounter many .)) But you can use campgrounds for safety . Anyway , i like your work !

Lovely video. Well done guys. I did a similar trip in my land rover with my son about 10 years ago. I met lots of bikers and it was that that caused me to get rid of the 4 wheels and get a bike. Would love to do it again on 2 wheels.

Oh that’s so cool buddy!!! As far as we are concerned, we haven’t met many riders. Not more than five in Finland and then just a few once at the top in NordKapp! Never been on a trip with a 4x4, but it cannot beat the feeling of riding a 2-wheels in the wild 😇

@@alexislecarb exactly what I though! Adventure level is high, the fact of being alone and far from everything too, the risks, etc. The question that remained in my head was about the return. How did you do it? How much time. (I’m living in Brussels)

We reached NordKapp on May, 31, we left NordKapp on the 1st of June and we arrived back in Paris on the 4th. So 3 days to do 3600 km. Norway > Finland > Sweden > Denmark > Germany > Belgium > France

Wonderful record of your trip, great bilingual commentary. Trip south will be incredible, brave of you to camp but Norway is eyewateringly expensive, even petrol and Norway has loads of oil just off shore! Norway managed its’ natural resources really well unlike its’ neighbour to the south west over the North Sea.
