@@israeldaisi624 If you read from verse 1 of this chapter, youll learn the context. Romans 10 is mostly Paul (our Apostle) sharing his hope for Israel with Gentiles, that Israel will be saved. Jesus will return, and Israel as a JEWISH nation must understand WHO they killed, as they are still blinded because they killed thier massish (Acts 7). They must understand this so they can be " born again" and finally inherit thier EARTHLY kingdom. Paul was commissioned by the already crucified, already buried, and already RISEN Jesus from heaven (1Corinthians 15:1-4 kjv; Acts 9) to preach ONLY ONE GOSPEL to mostly GENTILES. *Grace through faith* in Christs FINISHED crosswork, and in him alone. Paul also wrote 12 other books. Including Ephesians 2:8,9. He states We are saved by grace through faith. Not of works of the flesh. Not of yourselves. Jesus already did all the work. Jesus that paid your sin debt on the cross. Jesus who took them to the grave, and rose again three days later. Jesus did all the work and he deserves ALL the credit. THATS the good news. @King James Bible. M.O.R. In the first century they didn't speak the kings English. Jews went synagogues from birth and were taught. Acts 17.10 the brethren immediately sent Paul and Silas away by night to Berea and when they arrived they went into a synagogue of the jews . Now these were more noble minded than those in Thessalonica for they recieved the word w/ great eagerness examining the Scriptures daily to see weather these things were so. What Scriptures are they studying there in the synagogue , in the first century ? Jesus is a 500 y.o. anglicized English name. You gonna depend on that for eternity? Peace

You've failed to mention the translation of Josephus' works into Arabic that has been found. While it mentions Jesus (yes, Josephus specifically uses the Latin word from which we get the English "Jesus," as it was a transliteration from Hebrew/Aramaic, through Greek, to Latin, as written by Josephus), in the first mention, the Arabic translation doesn't say about being raised again, etc. It just says that there was a man with that name who still had followers at the time of writing the book. Thus, it confirms that Jesus was mentioned in the first instance (prior to the mention being embellished by an overly-enthusiastic monk who should've had his rear-end kicked for adulterating the book), rather than the whole thing being a fabrication, as nay-sayers try to assert. Also, to the sacred names people, "Jesus" is just a series of transliterations stacked on top of each other. Everyone hears the name and they know who is meant. If someone says "have you heard of Yeshuah?" people wouldn't know what the person was on about. While Yeshuah (or Joshua) is indeed correct, arguing about semantics only serves to alienate people, and it detracts from the message. Before you say "ah, but..." here are some rebuttals to your arguments: The new testament WAS NOT originally written in Aramaic. The Aramaic version was written in a dialect that didn't appear until 200 to 300 years after Jesus died, and it was NEVER in use in or around Judea, where the apostles came from. Moreover, the passage which says "my God, my God, why have you forsaken me?" after giving the Aramaic, has the Aramaic twice. It's the equivalent of the English version being "'my God, my God, why have you forsaken me?' That is, 'my God, my God, why have you forsaken me?'" Such a construction only makes sense if it went from Greek to Aramaic, not the other way around. Also, the Greek has grammatical constructions that wouldn't have been used if it were a translation from Aramaic to Greek. It does, however, have grammatical constructions that indicate that the writers had Aramaic as their first language, but it still clearly was written in Greek first (of course, because the Aramaic dialect of the Aramaic version didn't even exist for 200-300 years after it was written in Greek). The argument that the Greek transliteration of Yeshuah means "son of Zeus" is utter hogwash, made up by someone who doesn't have the foggiest idea about how to use Koigne Greek, and Greek scholars find that assertion to be utterly absurd. The ancient Greek manuscript in the Vatican that shows the Greek numerals for 666 is different to the other ancient manuscripts in this respect - the others actually spelled out the words for six hundred, sixty and six, instead of using the numerals. Thus, the argument I've heard about a name sounding like "Cheexus," with the implication that it meant "Jesus" would be the mark of the beast is utterly absurd. When Jerome wrote his Greek text, from which he translated the Latin Vulgate, he tried to save as much time as possible, so he reduced the words to the digits for numbers. The "Cheexus" thing didn't appear in the oldest manuscripts (other than Jerome's), and it didn't appear in the Textus Receptus, which was instigated in Antioch at a very early time (prior to Jerome). There was absolutely no attempt whatsoever to use the tetragrammaton ("YHWH" - sorry Orthodox Jews, but some people wouldn't know what I was talking about otherwise, and no, this is NOT taking God's name in vain) in the Greek texts of the new testament, but instead it exclusively uses the Greek word for "God" instead. Clearly, the original apostles didn't adhere to the doctrine of sacred names, which should tell everyone that the sacred names doctrine is something new. While it's nice to know what the real names are, they're obviously not a salvation issue (as many sacred namers seem to believe), otherwise the apostles would've said so in the new testament. So, sacred namers, you need to stop arguing about semantics. And by the way, the Living Church of God, which runs this channel (and I'm neither a member nor a prospective member, but I know people who are members) keeps all ten commandments (including the proper Sabbath day from Friday at sunset to Saturday at sunset), keeps the annual Holy Days, keeps the law of clean and unclean meats, rejects Christmas/Easter/Halloween/Valentines day/Sunday. They also know the real names of Jesus (Yeshuah), and God (Yahweh), but they also realise that it doesn't make any sense whatsoever to "preach Yeshuah" because most people won't have the slightest idea what they're talking about. Again, stop arguing semantics about something that obviously isn't a salvation issue (otherwise, the apostles would've said so in their writings).

Not by that name, although there are many Hispanic men who go by that name. No Hebrew of the house of Y’hudah or any of the twelve tribes ever had that name then or today. No J in Hebrew, no J period until 1524. Isn’t it time to stop alienating our brother Y’hudah with a Sunday keeping, Torah denying, ham eating messiah that they know full well is a Roman Catholic construct, not from the line of David or who ever walked the roads or wilderness places of Israel. It’s baffling that a denomination that has eyes opened to so much truth in the Word can be so blind to such a known fact of history and Satanic deception. Read a 1611 KJV - there is no Jesus even that recently in the Bible. Yes, it is hard to let go of those deeply held and cherished deceptions like Christmas, Easter, Sunday, and Jesus but in the days nearing the end of this age, isn’t it time to free ourselves of them? His name is Yeshua - a good, easy to pronounce Hebrew name which means salvation.
@michelefritts6953 Жыл бұрын
This church does keep the Sabbath, keeps the laws and statutes and surely doesn’t eat the unclean ham. Their Messiah, also would not have partaken of any either. Sadly the Jews of Christ’s, or Yeshua’s, day denied Him then and still deny Him to this day.
@ellenlefavour628 Жыл бұрын
@@michelefritts6953 Many did not, of course. His disciples were Jews. He came only to the lost tribes of Israel, so all His early followers were Jews. They all knew Him as Yeshua which is His name, and a Jew (of the tribe of Judah and of the line of David) is how He is identified. Whether this denomination keeps the sabbath, moedim and dietary instructions of Yah is not the point - the fact that they prefer to use the name made up by the world rather than the one given Him by the Father is. When Satan goes to such extremes to change the Word, it should be a major red flag of warning to us that we need to look deeply into why. If it didn’t matter, he wouldn’t have bothered. But he knows the Word says there is only one name under heaven by which we must be saved. He is the adversary. Did God really say…? He never stops with that age old deception technique. Millions of Christians who follow Jesus believe He did away with Torah and nailed it to the stake. No one who follows Yeshua believes that. Coincidence? Shabbat shalom.

@@ErikPehrsson Did you read and study out for yourself the historical evidence that no Hebrew of the tribe of Y’hudah named Jesus ever lived in Yerushalayim? I certainly don’t deny messiah Yeshua, Son of the living God, our high priest, soon coming king and redeemer; but His given Hebrew name which means “salvation”, is Yeshua. You can call Him Jesus, and He will know who you are talking about, but that’s not His name. Many people call me Helen or Elaine, neither of which is my name, but I know they are talking to me so I respond and don’t correct them. My name however is not “the name by which we must be saved”, so not important. His is, at least to me and the many who have come to know His name. “Salvation exists in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.” Acts 4:12. Just study to show yourself approved and see if you don’t find it to be true. We can’t blindly accept everything the church system teaches us because it is filled with errors. We are called to be good Bereans.

6:40 TIME > > >> Proper English : Lukes' ( denotes, ' ownership ) Learn, about contractions; SIR ! Luke's is a contraction, meaning = Luke is . ERROR
@AutoEngineerVideos Жыл бұрын
"Lukes'," as you've written means "belonging to the people who all have the name Luke." In other words, belonging to several people, who all have the name Luke (ie: you've given the apostrophe for plural possessive, not singular possessive). The use of an apostrophe between a name and an "s" is the correct use of the apostrophe for the possessive tense of someone's name (and in saying "someone's," I've also used it correctly - and I've checked to ensure that it's correct, just in case). The presentation is correct, and you are absolutely incorrect. Where you seem to have messed up is that you do understand that ONE of the meanings of "Luke's" is indeed "Luke is." The apostrophe usage for "Luke is" and "belonging to Luke" are identical, and the context needs to be checked to know whether it's possessive or "Luke is." Please go and learn English grammar before you try to correct people over the grammatical mistakes that you perceive them to have made. You've only succeeded in showing others that you think you know more than you actually do. The correct forms of possessive nouns can be found on the Grammerly website, and having checked it myself to ensure that I hadn't made a mistake, I can confirm that I had remembered it correctly, the presentation was correct, and you were wrong.
