well, it doesn't make sense becuase you usually have a mechanic check it out *before* you buy it. used cars are usualy sold as is, so you don't normally get a refund later even if it falls apart.

Used cars are “as is” and buyer beware. Common sense would be to have it checked out PRIOR to purchasing it. You purchase the car because you like next day the engine falls out 😂😂😂 or a week later the engine is knocking because the honey poured in with oil is gone (it happens) and now the buyer is stuck with a car that needs more repairs than it’s worth. The lack of common sense is why JJ like myself is in awe.
