Are the agents randomized? Cuz I killed a ton of bikers who were agents. Nearly all of my kills were inside the building. The only kill outside the building was the guy Gav whacked with a paint can. I was classy and hucked a fry pan from a few yards away n had him fall into the “acid”. Also I didn’t get any drops from him...
