If you're wondering where the Scriptures point towards Canaan's judgement, well one long earlier prophetic foreshadowing is this. “Because the iniquity of the Amorites is not yet full” Gen 15.16. For the Israelites I find Ps 105-106 covers it well. Read the book of Numbers & Joshua.
