I'd suggest getting a drag box of some kind. That way you can show before and after performance........just saying

I would recommend going it’s ds1 it’s definitely the best there is it capable of doing anything on the car as far as ecu tune goes and for tcu I went with Busted Euro and it been a killer combo

Go apr. ecu & tcu. They have hundreds of hours on the dyno creating their tunes, and these cars are not the easiest to tune. Tested & proven at the track. Stock turbos going DEEP 11s!!! My stage 3 s6 is a consistent 10.8X car cutting a low 1.6 60’ and I beat the piss out of it everyday. Every. Single. Day. Zero issues.

Apr is good but they don’t work with e85 and other fuels like 100 or 104 ( that I know of ) and a stage 3 ds1 is like 10.8 too if not lower will tell you once I finish mine

One big advantage I see with APR is APR Plus. You get APR's Stage 1 tune (+100bhp/+200lb-ft torque) and APR replaces/covers your existing power train warranty (I believe 4 years/50,000 miles). All this is $1,600. Add the trans tune for $500 and I think you have a pretty compelling package for $2,100.
