I was listening on my phone and the volume was the same as any other video. I wonder if the TV app distorted the sound a little bit.

@@brandyl3457 Thanks for chiming in with your experience! I triple checked but didn’t find an issue but I’m so close to the video, I figured maybe I missed something. Apps are prone to glitches so I’m hoping no one else found a problem. Thanks again and have a fantastic day!

I used the pre poo and I hated it but I was using it as a detangler. Maybe I was using it wrong

Hmm, if you applied it to dry hair before shampooing, idk how you could’ve used it wrong. What do you use now? I’d love to try something new!

lol. I have to remind myself that the shrinkage as my hair dries means my hair is healthy 🤷🏾‍♀️ so I don’t mind it as much any more
