Hi Marina! Thanks so much for your feedback on our products. We do always recommend using N°.0 with N°.3 for best results. N°.0 is a primer for our N°.3. You can also apply N°.0 to clean damp hair and use a wide tooth come to help distribute and help N°.0 last longer(the hair does not have to be dripping.) ♥️♥️♥️

A tip for using k18 mask You’d always wanna use k18 clarifying shampoo for the first use of the mask to make sure the hair is cleared of any build up or silicone/oil coatings so the k18 treatment can penetrate properly. And skip conditioner before applying k18! You can use conditioner/masks after the 4 min of applying k18. And you’ll see amazing results after 4-6 uses.

The same thing happened to me. The amount of use will vary based on the length of your hair. I have waist-length hair I was amazed by how much was left and that my hair wasn't drenched.

O is a primer. You are not supposed to use a lot. It is a primer for 3

Thank you for your honesty❤️ I really do like the Olaplex mask but it did take me 2 times of using it to really like it. But I have to agree there are other affordable masks and deep conditioners that do the same thing.

The K18 is a mask and is supposed to be used after shampooing. It's not an actual leave in conditioner. You're supposed to use shampoo, K18 wait 4 minutes and IF you feel like you need a conditioner or deep conditioner than you can follow up with that. But after the 4 minute wait for the K18 follow up with your usual styling routine (leave in, creams, gels etc.) Same thing with the #0, you used it wrong. Its a primer for the #3. Leave the 0 on for 10 minutes then go in with the #3 followed by the shampoo, K18, leave in conditioner etc etc

…..it says “leave in treatment” on the packaging so, it IS a leave in conditioner. Left on the hair for 4 minutes (without rinsing out) then following with your usual stylers. #0 was used exactly as directed, sans #3. Still not impressed.
