Hey Hazel , If I understand we have to shampoo, co Wash , deep conditioning every week ? Or the shampoo can be done every 1 month but the rest every week ?

It depends how often you shampoo. If your scalp gets dirty easily and your hair needs cleaning, you can do it every week. You only have to shampoo if you need it. Deep conditioning on the other hand I like to do it every week but if you don't have time for it in your schedule you can always change up to match you schedule.😊

yes. It was horrible. And honestly nothing worked. It just went away like 3-4 months later on its own. I just tried not to be in my hair too much. And detangle as gentle as possible
