Growth of natural hair. Doesn’t require any products. Just from the kitchen is enough. The things we eat. Can also be put on our hair like,banana, eggs,pumpkin,advocating oil, and more. I’ve been clearing out. My product inventory for one year, slowly but surely. Had over 60 products. Now I’m down to 25 products + two samples. I have away most products. No way I’d be able. To use 60+ products. Before two years are or were up. I realize, I need no more .. than 8 products per year. Then I realize I need less than that. Because really it come down to the kitchen.

wildsweetpea Nancie Princess it’s only expensive if you make it. I have extremely thick 4b and c hair that is almost to my butt. All I use is Aussie moist shampoo,(5 bucks) a deep conditioner with added protein (10 bucks) a regular conditioner for pre-poo/detangling (8 bucks) a large tub of Shea butter which coats and protects your hair while conditioning it.(6 bucks) coconut oil for hot oil treatments( 6 dollars )and a gallon of aloe Vera juice that is 6 dollars and 44 cents at the pharmaceutical section at walmart😂. And they all last me at least eight months except for the conditioners.

💙. I adopted your other wash routine (with apple cider vinegar) and my hair loooooooves that it’s not being stripped with a shampoo anymore. I washed my hair two days ago and I’ve never felt it softer than it is now. I re-twist with aloe vera juice and my own all mix (has shea butter, almond oil, castor oil and a few others), and my hair is thriving. I’ve gone from struggling to past arm pit length earlier this year to reaching bra strap length with ease. When I was doing a length check 2 days ago I couldn’t believe it. Also, I’ve been doing the same routine with by baby sister, who’s 9 - her hair broke off badly by the end of 2019 because she was going swimming twice a week and getting it wet. Now her hair is down to the middle of her back from just past shoulder length. So thank you for sharing all your amazing tips!

I'm in the season of life now, thats desires very LOW manipulation styles, even SERIOUSLY considered locs. What I love about your regimen is, it shows that we basically can have the results of locs or low manip styles. If we keep our products simple and the styling of our hair simple and consistent the sky is truly the limit. Glad to know I can achieve maximum health and length without loosing the freedom of loose hair! PLEASE do a soap nut video :-)

I'd rather be grateful that it grows and facilitate that growth with the ultimate protective style for our hair type, using nourishing oils and plants like aloe, soapnut and a few other inexpensive ones! I'm convinced that it's good habits not hopping around the stores shopping on the internet or otherwise! You know what else too? I'm actually a conservative, frugal woman. Whatever money I/we have, we're possibly going to need it in the near future for other, pressing matters. Much love, my e-daughter e-sister e-friend, I honor and salute you! It is the best shampoo ever seriously. You can add a bit of rosemary essential oil and lemongrass essential oil and your hair will smelled so good. My hair is way shorter, so I put the soap nut shampoo solution in a bowl and put my whole hair in the bowl, I let the shampoo sit on my hair 5-10 minutes depending on how dirty it is and then rinse it out with cool water.

You really just inspired me. When straighten my hair is mid-back length and off the shoulder length when wet. I’m going to try your methods, I love everything natural. You mentioned you don’t use shampoos or conditioners. Does the Aloe Vera juice act as a leave-in-conditioner?

Im still waiting for the length but I’m noticing the health of my hair improve greatly and my edges are coming in strong. I’m so grateful for that because they’ve been gone since about 2014 Also thanks to you and another KZbinr I tried fresh aloe vera. I’ve started using it in place of my face moisturizer most days too. Thanks for all your tips ☺️🙏🏽 💚(do the soap nut vid :)) 💙

What did you do differently to get your edges to grow in after all these years?
@brioche8123
@brioche8123 4 жыл бұрын
Ana Wellington 3.0 started incorporating Ayurveda and more natural products. I’m also really gentle with my edges. I don’t lay them unless I have to and when I do I am *very* mindful. I use an onion juice prepoo which really made a difference. I massage my edges with my infused oil and castor oil. Sometimes I use rice water so the hair growing back will be strong. Tbh. I think the onion juice is very helpful. You can use it just on that specific area. I boil the onions so it smells more like soup than straight onions. I use Green Beauty’s recipe. Also if you can just get some essential oils like peppermint for example and be *consistent* that will grow them back. And be gentle!

Maybe it is being carried down from your scalp to your face as the hair follicles put out sebum, like carrier oils. Maybe you should change your method to use as little as possibly or none on your scalp

I'm shook. Your hair is beautiful . I've been natural for 6yrs and my hair has grown tremendously by using Mane Choice products but I have been adding aloe very in my hair mask. My wash days consist of 3 days. I let my hair soak for two days using a hair mask (conditioner, oils, etc) then wash it out on the third day. After watching your routine I will start to add olive oil to my hair for moisture . 💚Please do that tutorial on the S stuff lol

I am truly speechless! Like I’m watching this video and can’t seem to close my mouth. Girl! Your hair is amazing. I’ve seen countless hair videos pop up on KZbin but never pay heed because most are repetitive, doesn’t offer much info or simply lacks evidence. I stumbled upon your video and 🤯. And the fact that you don’t use a ton of products(my first thought was damn how long does a shampoo and conditioner last her), then I noticed your arms. Honey the strength your two arms have 👀. I don’t even know you and I’m proud of you! Side note: Recently I noticed some hair growth and patted myself on the back.....looking at the length of your hair I’ve been humbled. I just want to hug you right now for the simple fact that you have taken such good care of your hair! I wish you all the best mama!
