I don’t know how you came across my timeline, but I’m so glad you did! My daughter has hair exactly like yours! Same thickness and length. We developed a routine over the years that helped with maintenance. Now she’s married with 4 daughters and the girls all have thick hair past their shoulders! The oldest is eleven. I’ll probably be moving closer to help out! Pray for us!🤣🤣🤣

@@BeansCornbread I’m glad you found me. Wow all that beautiful hair on your girls. Whew I can only imagine, when my daughter was a little girl she had hair down her back as well then she started getting it done as she got older and it started falling out but it’s still thick. One time when she was young I had two of her cousins spend the night and they all had long thick hair. We went to this festival called the Renaissance Festival and when we got back we were all covered in dirt from head to toe. i had to wash and bathe all our hair - that was rough so I can definitely imagine what you guys are going through. I had to call off of work that Monday lol. I pretty much have my routine down pack but maybe we can come up with something even better for all of us.

Hey beautiful so glad you found me. I will definitely make more videos. Please be patient with me as I navigate this world called KZbin lol. The key for me was a clean scalp; I also think genetics play a role as well as diet medication etc. When I first went natural I would wash my hair put my products in and twist it up - I did that for about 2-3 years - I also keep my ends clipped. I found products that work for my hair and stuck to it. I’m a lazy natural so what works for me may not work for everyone but again a clean scalp is key.

Hi I have always had a decent amount of length but genetics plays a big part. As I got older my hair would only grow to bra length due to me perming. Once I went natural in 2018 and started washing my hair every 1-2 weeks the growth took off. I believe the key to growth is a clean scalp. Also I wore twists for like two years before I put any heat on it. So pretty much just washing it and twisting it and I would style the twist. Every one is different though.

So beautiful and long! I wanna be like you when I grow up! LOL! I know that my hair can get this long if I stay away from bleach. No more big chops for me!

@@EpicRealistTV thank you - yeah the chemicals will definitely do a number on your hair but hey we all did it. Yep just find what works for you and stick to it. I have a video coming up explaining what I did but I really didn’t do much.

@@StyleLifeWithJenise Okay, awesome! You're welcome. I have found what works and at 37 yrs old and 5 kids later, my hair is finally thicker than it ever was in adulthood. Almost waist length again!

@@vcadoree193 hi thank you. I use to use clairol then henna and now I use Madison Reed it’s permanent but I’ve only used it twice not sure but it does a good job; not sure if I will keep going with it though; I’m trying to find another henna. Thank you bless you too and thanks for watching.

@StyleLifeWithJenise I met this young Lady whose Mom is from Asia, She told me that her Mom & Other Relatives. Get that Henna Color From the Indian Grocery Stores & it only Costs like 2 or 3 Dollars. But she Saya that it is not a Color it just colors your hair to your Natural Hair Color, so whatever your Natural Non Grey Color is it will turn that color. ☺️ ❤️ 💙 💜

@@vcadoree193 oh okay I use to buy it in black and that was the color that deposited into my hair; it came in a package and all you had to do was add water but the company went out business I’m so bummed. Maybe I will look there if I can, thank you for the information.

I’ve heard really good things about this hair color brand, how long does it last before you have to retouch???
@StyleLifeWithJeniseАй бұрын
Hi, it only last about as fast as your hair grow in my opinion. My hair grows pretty fast so for me it last about 3 weeks before I the grays come back. I've seen this brand for a few years and never used it because I always used henna and my sister told me she uses it so that's why I started. I'm going to try the shampoo one and see if that works.
@flavaenhancer3908Ай бұрын
@@StyleLifeWithJenise thanks so much for the response, I’ve always wanted to try the henna but never did because I done want the red hues but I hear you have to mix it with indigo if you want the black results. 😊
@StyleLifeWithJeniseАй бұрын
@@flavaenhancer3908 oh you’re welcome - the kind I bought came in different colors, black brown and all you had to do was mix it with water and apply. It was so easy but they went out business. It use to make my hair so shiny. I sure miss them because I don’t want to go thru all the steps with henna. I’m so sad lol

I have just come across your Channel. Wow you are truly blessed with gorgeous hair. Hope you don’t mind me asking, where are are parents from , for you to have their genes , which has contributed to your beautiful hair. My grandmother mother had hair just like yours. Cuban, but looked Indian. I didn’t get her hair genes🤭, for my hair to grow that length. Thank you for sharing your hair care. God bless 💖

Can u tell me why every time I twist my hair at the very ends, hair wants to come out, and I have to end up cutting that what is going on in have trimmed my ends a little it just keeps doing it
@StyleLifeWithJeniseАй бұрын
@@shawandasmith7615 well maybe because it’s so beautiful it just wants to be free. I looked at your page and subscribed. Okay you do have beautiful hair though. I can’t get parts of my hair to curl either due to a little heat damage- also when I clip my ends it most definitely won’t stay. Sometimes I have to make sure it very moisturized especially the ends before I put gel on the ends - not sure if you want to do that but there are moisturizing gels out. That’s just what I do. Also maybe put a roller on the very ends.
