I am 65, major hair thinning. I, also have a left shoulder torn rotator cuff. So, I cannot do my bio hair without hurting my shoulder. I have had thin hair all of my life, however, now a lot of thinning. I began wearing wigs 2 weeks ago. I just have synthetic wigs. However, I love this video. Wow great vid!!! Love the details you clearly explain so well. thanks! After 2 years of full wig life, I purchased a beautiful lace front, mono synthetic topper Esthetica5-13 in 8-26h. It s lovely but I have had trouble getting the hairline flat and secure. Tape is my answer!!!!! Trista knew. Thank so much. I needed a summer ( cooler) option and I’m hoping I can make this work. I dyed my bio to match and then curl my bio hair as it is one inch longer than topper. It looks ok but I’ll be better after getting Walker blue tape and watching your tape vid!! ❤️❤️❤️👍

Hey beautiful I've got a question for you. I have the same pattern of alopecia as you do and I had been purchasing synthetic wigs but like you said they are hot and I'm menopausal so just imagine. A wig topper sounds really good to me I've not tried one yet. Thing is when I look at them I never am able to find one that looks naturally wavy / curly like my hair is. I don't have that unnatural beach wave look. My hair is more wavy in some areas and then has little ringlets on the end in other areas. I don't want to go full-on ringlets because I'm just too old for that but I would like a wavy topper that looks natural. Do you have any suggestions or recommendations for me? The other problem I have is I'm a natural blonde. At this stage in my life it is 40% light golden brown, 40% golden blonde and gray. Every piece that I find in a similar color is rooted. I know it's the fashion right now but I don't like it. If I had color treated hair I would not let my roots grow 3 inches. So could you help a gal out please??? I love your videos I have learned so very much because not only do we have the same pattern of baldness but we both have back heads that are flat so Wigs right up on us. You have taught me everything I can possibly do to keep it secure and it works. Every other channel I had watched no one and I mean no one touched on the tape for the back of the head only for the front so thank you again. Please keep doing what you do. You may not realize it but you are doing a great service to a great many of us. Love you babe. Take care and I hope you had a lot of fun with that new topper

You might like either the Belle Tress Premium wavy topper in either Cream Soda Blonde or Coconut Silver Blonde - both unrooted. Or Raquel Welch Alpha Wave in Biscuit (NOT Shaded Biscuit). Both are about 4 oz., 6.5” x 6.5” base, with mono tops that allow parting anywhere and look amazingly natural. Hope this helps!

I have no idea why my hair is falling out and my doctor Doesn't know either. I know I need to buy a topper but I have no idea where to start. Can you suggest where I can buy a decent human hair topperWith a centre part or bangs that's Breathable and affordable. My hair loss is similar to yours starts right in the front at my widow's peak so I don't want any Combs or anything that will polar tug on what hair I have there. judy conte I’m still in devastation mode too. First meds then menopause = hair loss. I hate seeing all the hair in my hairbrush and on my hands when I wash my hair. I have a widows peak too. I wish they made a widow’s peak option. I guess I could CAREFULLY remove a little bit of hair from a topper to create one (when I get a little braver lol)

It’s beautifully natural. The reason I’ve stayed away from JR HH is the visible dark knots on rooted colors. For the price it’s a deal breaker for me. That looked great on you.

I need a dark brown topper and all the dark/brunette wigs and toppers I have researched just do not look as natural across the hairline as the fairer/lighter toned ones. Shopping online for something like this is another level of difficulty in finding one that looks natural in daylight.
