Just found you and your site!!! What a life changer!!!! I've been unhappy/complaining about our LG front loader. Hubby thinks I'm crazy!! Anyway, we watched your video and discovered the hot water line was an issue. The over all lack of water was a huge issue. We have increased the water level sensor and now actually have water in the washer. Thank You!! Thank You!!

You should always check everything leading to the washing machine first before looking at the machine first. Am a Industrial Laundry Engineer with 20 years experience and you never take anything for granted.

Does it fill with water all the way mine fills but when it's spinning it doesn't have water filled up but I see the water pouring out but it doesn't fill up the whole way

No, it does not fill fully, maybe 20%. This is similar to all other residential front load washers.

I have, an IGNIS front load. Worked OK for the 1st year and half. Now I hear the water coming in but it seems to be emptying at the same time, so no wash cycle. What could be the, cause?

I only have cold water.

It sounds like it may not be filling fast enough. Horses and valves should be inspected.
