Experienced the same issue, door got jammed. Watched your video and successfully opened the jammed door. However, in my case the lock opened by pushing inwards and not pulling outwards. Used a metal ruler which was rigid enough and by pushing the mechanism, successfully opened the latch. Thanks for sharing your experience and also making the video!
