Quarterbacks look night and day compared to QBs last year . Need to sign another tackle to compete for RT and we’ll be fine 1 of those sacks the checkdown was wide open Howell didn’t see it . Would like to see more read option and RPO to use howells skill set and force the pass rush to be disciplined

Howell did great. Missed some easy check downs. But very fixable!

@@BlazeWolf yep that one and the play Cole Turner had the ball stripped from him but they gave him forward progress. AG was open in the flats.. not sure if the play is designed for him to hit that read though!

O.C.Eric B. got some preseason tape to work with. Keep working the players smart and hard. Nothing like having an Offensive Coordinator who is hungry like a wolf. Give him 3 season and the Washington Commanders will be one of the top 5 teams.

Of course they are gonna improve…Its the first preseason game..not to mention a pretty long rain delay. This week should be a great week of practice. We will be practicing with the ravens for a few days before the next preseason game, against them next Monday .

Our backup OT Lucas is better than Andrew Wylie. I hope that not true but I fear it may be. I think they can fix the OL by flipping Cosmi & Wylie on the right side if Wylie doesn't improve blocking edge rushers. Wylie has had problems all training camp blocking Chase & Sweat so this has to be something Bieniemy & Rivera already know is an issue.

My only complaints is the O-Line. The east check downs missed on our end. The check downs we allowed. Then our 3rd string gotta go. I can’t bare to see number 11 anymore lol. Dudes trash. Go grab a young guy off the couch to play the rest of these preseason games

There wasn’t a broadcast from Washington today. On NFL + ..the only option was the Browns announcers.

@@JT_for_Three There actually was a Washington broadcast. It was on a local NBC Washington affiliate. They had Chick Hernandez and Brian Mitchell as the announcers. Chick was terrible, misidentifying players and just seemed to be totally unprepared.
