@@HeavensChirwa since Esther got back from international playing for the Spanish team, Gotham have been crushing it!! Since am of Spanish blood Ive always liked Gotham cuz their coach is Spanish and I love seeing Esther & LaVelle play. That's who am betting on.

Good game. Alyssa Naeher was left in a tough situation on that second goal. Perfect storm: move too late (or not at all) may end up as a score, move to challenge (as she did) may end up as a score. And it did. Tough spot for a Goalie to be in.

Actually Lyudmila was the first to bow Kouassi's head, and she just waved back. Two yellow cards would have been enough, in my opinion.

Swanson!!! she's good, let make that clear before I comment on her game at Chicago. -She has so many chances to score for this team and she does not. -Her teammates get the ball for her, and she most of the time shoot softly the goalkeeper's hands: that's not what she does with the National team, is it? -Open players left and right of her and she don't see them? That's very selfish with team and with the other NWSL team she has played for it; one of the reasons why Washington Spirit let her go (traded to Sky Blue). Yes, she scores the stunning goal, but that's it. How that helps the team and her teammates. It's obvious they at her, she's the leader of the team; a very selfish leader that is. ...There, I said it, feel free to disagree...

No, that best game for the Spirit. No for a team contending for the trophy. Let me explain. 1- two passes two goals 2- a dozen of shots to the hands of the goalkeeper: 0 goals. good enough to beat a team like Chicago. Spirit... you will lose if you play like that against Orlando or Kansas City. Other than that, an enjoyable game.
