Brilliant, tear jerking, thoughtful, raw, truth. TRUTH. That was refreshing to see somebody be bipartisan and fair. Thats what our country has forgotten, Both sides. It's harder to crack jokes in front of the President of the United States and the world's most powerful media in one room. @jamimurrahman91592 жыл бұрын
Oh I doubt anything will change. Trevor Noah literally 10 days ago was talking about how not everyone's happy about lifting the mask mandate ( I'm pro mask btw, I don't mind wearing them), but here he is with a room full of D.C. elites all not wearing any mask at all, while the Biden admin. is still going against lifting the mask mandate. And they're all doing this just to get invited to exclusive after parties and stuff.
@bestieswithtesties2 жыл бұрын
That's a great way to put it. Because just like all of America's other "checks and balances" that tend to say stuff shouldn't happen but don't actually stop anything if someone is determined enough, this conference does a great job at calling things out but probably won't actually do anything. Republicans are still on track to seize power in upcoming elections, Desantis is still full speed ahead to try and replace Trump as the same evil but actually competent and knows how to do it. Just like America's checks and balances have failed to save us from the republican take over so far, this conference will likely fail to save us as well. I hope somebody does something real before it's too late.
