I’ve been a Plummer since 1977 and have always installed Insinkerator disposals , I recently had my Kitchen remodeled and my contractor installed this very model Waste King and WOW this unit takes just about anything I feed it like chicken bones 🦴 but I’ll continue putting steak bones in the trash but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this WASTE KING 9950 3/4 hp disposal From now on its Waste King for me

So glad I found this video! For the garbage disposal hose connection did you have to buy the part that connects the hose to the unit?

Did you use a fiber gasket?

I used the gasket that came with the disposal being that I have a stainless steel sink. The gasket seemed to be made out of thin rubber. I made sure I cleaned the sink where the gasket sits really well, placed the gasket and then the top portion of the disposal connection. If you have a ceramic sink you will probably need puddy. I installed it with the gasket that came with the disposal months ago and have no leaks. I hope this helps and good luck!

it'll never stop that clunk noise that's just the force throwing the very loosely bolted impellers out against the bumps on the plate (look at it you'll know what i mean) i hate it as much as the next guy, not a fan of this anahiem design the way i was a few years ago they're very raddletrappy as they like to say and i don't reccomend using the dish detergent it's not really a lubracant use silicone or something
