Everyone should do Wasteland Weekend at least once in their lives. If not, you're sorely missing out. It doesn't require the mental/physical stamina that Burning Man does by any stretch - it's quite attainable and you can meet some absolutely amazing people there.

Same here, I just recently discovered this as well. I had a shit box 2001 Ford Taurus that I sold last year that would have been great for this. The body & frame were rusty but the engine, drive train, & suspension were still good.
