These messages are so important for people to understand. As a woman myself, I know that the glass ceiling is such a big problem and needs to be broken by strong women like the women in this video. Now that the pay gap has started taking place , people are being stereotypical and rude. People have started believing that men are better than women. It’s wrong. But seeing strong women step up has really inspired a lot of people to go and try to shatter that glass ceiling. It’s amazing! Now, people everywhere( not just women, but mostly women) are fighting for equality and freedom for all genders, religions and cultures.
