So soothing to watch, difficult to do. My hands chake a bit, I grip the pen too hard, and I press to hard. My journey with zentangle is like the 8-fold path. I have to limit my focus, and be aware and in the moment. So hard but at the end of the trip I will have the kind of focus I need. :) So good!
