When "affirmative action" was struck down in 2023 then he made public statements expressing support for racial discrimination. 2) He tried to stir up racial division and encouraged a hatred of police by pushing hoaxes of police killing unarmed black people (E.g. Michael Brown hoax). 3) He increased spying on journalists. 4) He increased prosecutions of whistle-blowers. 5) He was told by the FBI that 'Russia collusion' was a hoax and he kept quiet and allowed innocent people to be prosecuted. 6) He colluded with DOJ & FBI to undermine the incoming Trump administration.
