That's her point. 75% of crypto is traded with stable coins, most of which are fiat currencies, printed whenever the execs of those unregulated companies like Tether Limited want to print them. To manipulate the price, they simply issue more Tether. As a result, prices increase and more people join the crypto lending ponzi schemes, which inflates the prices even more. The day of reckoning will come and the bubble will burst. Until then, we have wasted so much energy for nothing.

I’ve seen other members of the democratic party (Elizabeth warren, hilary clinton) approach crypto with a loaded perspective before taking the time to really understand it. This is highly important for the left/center left/center that falls under the umbrella of the Democratic Party. This party has often been criticized for its handling of economic affairs sometimes rightly sometimes wrongly. Either way crypto is a new game, parties can choose how to approach it. And this choice could pin them on the side of the people or the side of the elite.
