Great music, great video & great job well done. The city & the residents in the area you’ve said had been harping on & on about the bldg. messing up the view because it’s useless & needs to come down. Considering all that AND the fact of what the high reach excavator can do to help progress, there may be just 1 idea or thought to make known. That would be: The view in the area is so MUNCH, MUNCH better (reference made about the machines appetite; OO COOKIE MONSTER LOVE THIS SOOO MUCH, I NEED MORE COOKIE) than it was before The Strandview was torn down. WOW the video was great but, it really made me hungry so I think I’ll just have to “TEAR SOMETHING DOWN MYSELF.” Into the kitchen I go, I”ll throw together a highly seasoned salad & follow it with a highly seasoned sandwich. These 2 (the food) will be sort of like my dessert after watching the video (the main course).KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK & KEEP MAKING THE AREA LOOK MUNCH, MUNCH BETTER!!!!!!

it looks like each floor is several different slabs vs one slab per unit based on how each floor came apart in sections would have though each floor would have been poured as one slab when they built it

Is it possible that The Strandview concrete floors were prefab? The reason I ask is because of the way that the concrete floor sections so easily gave way. I’ve seen many bldg. demolition videos on KZbin & usually bldg’.s that are all or mostly concrete, the floor sections never ever fall out of the bldg. that easily. Hospitals, hotels, office bldg’.s, schools/ universities, etc. the way they’re built-all of the concrete is always interconnected by rebar all the way down to the footings. That’s why those kinds of bldg’.s can be hell to tear down & the rebar is often referred to as A WEB OF STEEL. Maybe the demolition contractors should put out a call for the MAN OF STEEL to tear down the bldg.’s that are built that way. HHMM!!!! There’s an idea.
