Hira Saher Hi Hira, Firstly, Congratulation’s on the birth of 3 healthy kittens (so far). Though I’ve never personally experienced this myself...I have read about people who have experienced more kittens within 24 hours or the next day. I would say if another day passes and she’s still panting/breathing heavy like that then maybe it is a cause for concern. Can you feel anything hard or moving inside her still? Her calcium levels could also be low which can cause cats to pant and breathe heavy after labour. (also known as Hypocalcemia) Try not I worry unless it persists longer than another day.🥰💖
