Also the grandmother allowed Breasia to spend the night, not her mother. Also Breasia had spent nights with him and her brother several times in the past but not at that particular home, thats why they were comfortable with letting Breasia spend the night.

Briasia was left in her home therefore she had a DUTY OF CARE 2. she admitted that she last saw Briasia next to that monster's car at 3:30am yet omitted such critical information to the cops during their initial investigation. 3. she did not make any effort to help Briasia nor help find her When you're in someone's home, and you sustain an injury, you have the right to sue (most people don't). Same thing, when a child is left in someone's home, although left in the care of the stepfather in this case, Andrea is by default also liable/responsible for her wellbeing because it was HER HOME.
