The DUI bar is a triple. First, it's a play on words with alcohol level. .40 is an alcohol level that's high enough for coma or death due to respiratory failure from alcohol poisoning. But it's also referencing the alcohol that would be an open container in a car as well (rum and a 40oz bottle of malt liquor) which would also result in a dui.
