No, graphics were not decreased. Those e3 graphics were from early build, textures are definitely improved in the final version though they removed headlight shadows. 🤔 But still, game is good.

A Nightmare on Any Street Totally! Just don't think of it as GTA, and you will have more fun sneaking & stealth killing. Until u need to start blasting away. btw i think the gun sound efx's are great.
