Use pocket stitch foot to sew straight on your folded edges. Any project. Everyone needs a pocket stitching foot. 😊

Also called edge stitch foot. Could use it on both sides of the fold by alternating direction of stitching for straightest stitches.

I have a question...are you offsetting the seam allowances at the beginning? I need to do a bunch and have only done them one way before an it was quite a different process.

You basically need double the seam allowance on one side. So you can either add that when you cut your pieces or total the amount of allowance you have from both sides, divide by 3 and that will be amount you turn over. If this is a bit confusing, draw out seam allowances on some scrap and test out first . You’ll find this method way better than cutting and ironing.
