Change is usually a response to the consequences of our actions. Proverbs 13:24 "Whoever spares the rod hates their children, but the one who loves their children is careful to discipline them." If we do not discipline our flesh with our spirit then God will discipline us until we learn how to overcome the sin introduced in the garden of Eden so that we may return to home to Him one day. Our sins all come from the pride that we have a better idea of how to spend our time and energy than what God tells us to do. We seek comfort and pleasure over the pains of growth. We seek victory for a few decades by sacrificing eternity. To make different choices we need different perspectives otherwise nothing has or will change. To gain new perspective we need new experiences and information. To do the same thing over and over and expect a different result is just insanity not learning.

It all comes down to 2 choices either allow your animalistic impulses control your life and embarrass you or degrade you to an animal state of impurity. Or achieve mastery of your physical impulses and self control. Allow the the spirit of g-d to take over your life choices and become a better educated human being esch day and everyday .either we wanna stay stupid or animalistic or overcome all of our poor choices and never allow our animal body to rule over our life. We should all strive to be better than the animals themselves. Never degrade our value and our holy spirit of G-d himself to depart from you because He loses hope in finding a better higher intelligence, intellectual, emotional and revolutionary. Just like moses speaking to G-d face to face directly with no filters ,no riddles ,no signs and wonders but straight up G-d's face .

Can you please not mix Hebrew and English while you are talking? It makes it unnecessarily hard to understand what you are saying.

@timmiller7338 I am not American. But since he talks in English most of the time I assume his target audience is English speaking, and you cannot expect someone to know Hebrew. Or are 90% of his viewers actually Jewish and from Israel? If yes, well, then I guess I will shut up.

You need will.. you have to strengthen your will. Eat maximum 3 times a day, do sport in the morning and only drink water. Don't watch TV in the evenings and start meditating every morning and afternoon you will see that you become strong and willpower will be gained over time. I was drug addict also watched porn etc jesus is good but have to work on your own
