Make a law that Comcast and other cable companies must have a phone line that is easily reached. I have been trying to get my service cut off for months. They won't and they keep billing me while I am not using it. Crooks

Good luck! I went through the same thing with Comcast! They are crooks! They use to bug me so much for payment all the time! You have to go to a local Pay station, have them make adjustments on your bill, and tell them print out or send you the closing bill. Pay in payments. That's why I'm with At&t they don't rob you like Comcast! Lol!
