The house with the pool looks mostly untouched. All the debris seems to be from the nearby houses that were destroyed. It's an illustration of how localized tornadoes are. They can cut a wide swath but miss objects at the edges and even skip over things.

Argentina, Canada, Brazil, Australia, Bangladesh, South Africa, Japan, there's just a few examples of other countries that have tornadoes. USA does have the most, because of its geography, topology, and weather patterns.
